In Vedic astrology, Rahu and Ketu are known as shadow planets or chhaya grahas. Unlike physical planets like Mars or Venus, Rahu and Ketu do not have a physical form. They represent the two points where the Moon’s orbit intersects the Earth’s path around the Sun—known as the lunar nodes. Yet, despite their intangible nature, Rahu and Ketu exert a powerful and mysterious influence over our lives.
